CLA is seeking a talented and motivated Indirect Taxes Director to join our Internal Finance Tax Team in Minneapolis, MN.

This role is responsible for indirect tax compliance and planning within CLA. This includes but not limited to sales / use, personal property, B&O, franchise, and excise tax. They analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure the company is in compliance and identify opportunities for tax savings. They also respond to tax audits, prepare and review tax returns, and provide guidance to the finance and accounting teams on indirect tax matters.

Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range. For Minnesota, the range for this position is $105,600 to $181,000.
