The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (SPM) or Project Executive (PX) to take charge of the overall successful execution of ground-up multifamily, adaptive reuse, and major renovation projects. You'll hit the ground running in a lean team, reporting directly to Principals and Vice Presidents. Key performance metrics include managing client satisfaction, building / leverage teams for max output, evaluating / mitigating risk, delivering on schedule and budget, embracing new challenges, mentoring staff, and improving the organization.

Major Responsibilities

Project Management / Financial Management

• Participate in preconstruction planning : Prepare preliminary cost estimates, schedules, and logistics plans.
• Collaborate on bidding strategy during bid phase to ensure comprehensive scope coverage.
• Negotiate select bid packages with subcontractors.
• Issue subcontracts, ensuring alignment with internal processes.
• Oversee accuracy of change order pricing, negotiations, monthly pay applications, and weekly field costs.
• Handle overall financial management, including forecasting and value engineering.
• Coordinate subcontractor scopes and ensure project conformance to documents.
• Foster healthy, collaborative teams.
