About The Position

Join a compassionate, high-performing Neonatology team providing continuous 24-hour care in a state-of-the-art Level III NICU . This is a permanent, full-time position offering stability, advanced technology, and a supportive, team-driven practice environment.

🌟 Position Highlights

✅ 24 / 7 in-house Neonatologist coverage (no separate call)

✅ 40-bed Level III NICU – single-family room model

✅ Work with pediatric surgery, cardiology & neonatal transport team

✅ Advanced therapies : HFOV, HFJV, iNO, therapeutic hypothermia

✅ Focus exclusively on NICU patients (no newborn nursery)

✅ Participate in QI, safety initiatives & collaborative research

✅ Weekend coverage part of rotating schedule

BC / BE Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

Board Certified in Pediatrics

Virginia medical license (or willingness to obtain)

Clean malpractice / license history preferred

Not accepting locums or visa candidates
