Project Engineer (Infrastructure Engineer)

Compensation : $43 - $53 / HR

Location : Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Project Engineer :

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Engineer to join their team!

Responsibilities :

• Analyzing client’s current infrastructure to design / plan for the implementations or upgrades and making sure these changes are scalable.
• Performing these implementations includes providing support to the customer on these changes.
• Work with the Project Manager / clients on the scope of work that includes detailed project information, notes for the client that includes the client signing off prior to work being completed and then again once the work is finished.
• Communicating with clients via Phone or Email to gather information needed for equipment installations.
• This person should be very methodical and pay close attention to details.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

• 4 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience implementing new features or upgrades into an environment.
• Windows Server setup / maintenance, VMware or Hyper-V for Virtualization, and Backup / Disaster Recovery.
• Network upgrades, Router / Switching installations, and Firewall configuration.
• VoIP implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• O365 implementation and administration.
• Must be professional and customer focused since this person will be interactive with their clients!

Nice to Have Skills & Experience :

Previous experience working at an MSP.
