Job Description

Find your purpose working in a dynamic, team oriented, fast paced environment providing mental health interventions to patients with acute mental health urgencies in an Observation setting! The Behavioral Health Observation RN will also appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with our EmPATH team and various community partners involved in developing Community Treatment plans.

EmPATH is a dedicated healing environment separate from the emergency department, staffed with a multidisciplinary psychiatric team providing Em ergency, P sychiatric, A ssessment, T reatment, and H ealing to those initially presenting to emergency rooms with mental health urgencies.

Schedule

• Full-time | 60 hours every two weeks
• 12-hour overnight shift | 7 p.m. - 7 : 30 a.m.
• Every third weekend | Friday, Saturday, Sunday | Holiday rotation
• St. Cloud Hospital | Behavioral Health Observation | EmPATH Unit

Pay and Benefits

Associate / Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour

Qualifications

To be eligible for the hiring and relocation bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. To be eligible for the relocation bonus, you must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
