Insurance Producer

As an Insurance Producer with our team, you will play a key role in driving agency growth while building long-term relationships with clients and carrier partners. In this role, you will :

• Develop and manage a growing book of Commercial Lines business.
• Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions tailored to their operations and risk profiles.
• Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing service experience.
• Cross-sell and up-sell coverages to maximize account growth and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to access competitive markets and solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and new product offerings.
• Participate in agency meetings and contribute to overall sales strategy and goal achievement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Maintain accurate records and use the agency management system effectively.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support agency success.
