Operations Engineering Asc Mgr
Job Description
Manages activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines : failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.
Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition / disciplinary actions.
Specifically managing personnel key to the depot operations; 6 1st shift warehouse personnel, 2 production planners, 1 logistics management analyst.
Desired skills
Leadership experience.
Familiar with engineering of the MK-41 VLS system.
Experience in depot standard operating procedures.
Familiar with Lockheed Martin Corporate Policies and Procedures.
Experience in working with non-exempt (hourly) employees.
Experience with 1LMX digital transformation
Bachelors degree in a related field.
