Maître d’ (Fine Dining - Courtside Steakhouse)

Position Summary :

We are seeking a polished, experienced, and service-driven Maître d’ to lead the front-of-house experience at our upscale steakhouse. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, the Maître d’ plays a critical role in setting the tone for exceptional dining experiences by providing warm, gracious welcomes, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless coordination between guests, hosts, and dining room staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome all guests with professionalism, warmth, and elegance.
• Manage and optimize reservation systems and seating charts to ensure smooth guest flow and minimal wait times.
• Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure proper pacing and table readiness.
• Oversee front-of-house service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Curate a memorable guest experience, recognizing and accommodating VIPs and returning patrons.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of the menu, wine list, and daily specials to assist guests as needed.
• Uphold a pristine, orderly front-of-house appearance at all times.
• Collaborate with management and staff to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
• Coordinate with valet, coat check, and other external services as part of the guest experience.
