Position Summary :

We are looking for a passionate and driven fitness professional to join our team as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. This dual role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping others succeed—both one-on-one and in a group setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Personal Training :

  • Conduct fitness consultations, assessments, and goal-setting sessions with new and existing members.
  • Design and implement customized training programs tailored to individual goals and abilities.
  • Provide safe, effective, and engaging one-on-one training sessions.
  • Track client progress and adjust programs as needed.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to encourage accountability and long-term commitment.

Group Training :

  • Lead high-energy group fitness sessions (small or large group formats).
  • Create a fun, inclusive, and motivating environment for all participants.
  • Modify exercises as needed to accommodate various fitness levels and limitations.
  • Promote group classes within the club to increase participation and member engagement.
  • Staffing the Gym Part-time :

    You will be the face of the club,helping our members reach their health and fitness goals. Creating a positive first impression for members and guests, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting daily operations to ensure the gym runs smoothly.

    Qualifications :

  • Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA).
  • CPR / AED Certification (required).
  • Group Fitness Certification or experience leading classes (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect, inspire, and motivate others.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented with a team-first mentality.
  • Schedule & Compensation :

  • Flexible schedule; evenings and weekends may be required.
  • Competitive hourly pay and / or session rates based on experience and certifications.
