What You'll Do

• Lead Installation Teams : Manage and coordinate daily operations for installation crews handling commercial refrigeration systems.
• Oversee Project Execution : Plan, schedule, and coordinate installations from initial site evaluation through completion projects typically range from $10,000 to $300,000.
• Quality & Compliance : Ensure all installations meet customer specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
• Mentor & Develop : Conduct performance evaluations, provide training and mentorship, and assist in hiring new team members.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with sales, service, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, on-time projects.
• Drive Efficiency : Manage resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
