Role Overview

The Marketing Engine Data Scientist role is responsible for analyzing complex data sets to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, an aptitude for translating data into business value, and the ability to collaborate across diverse functional teams-including sales, marketing, business intelligence, and digital organizations.

To succeed, you'll need a natural curiosity and a thirst for learning, enabling you to quickly understand Zoetis's business model and data infrastructure. You should be comfortable connecting business context to technical solutions, and passionate about solving critical business challenges through advanced analytics. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses strong independent problem-solving skills. You'll communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Targeting & Analysis

• Partner with digital marketing and brand managers to define and segment target audiences for campaigns.
• Design, extract, and refine campaign lists using advanced data science and Gen AI techniques.
• Analyze campaign performance and outcomes, delivering actionable recommendations to maximize ROI and optimize future targeting strategies.

PHYSICAL SKILLS REQURIEMENTS

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000 - $181,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation
