Job Details
Responsibilities :
- Conducting financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to management
- Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures
- Communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders, including accounting teams, external auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Identifying and recommending opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
- Providing guidance and support to junior team members
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in audit, public accounting, or a related field
- CPA certification or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and auditing standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit software
