AboundHealth is seeking Pre-Professionals to work as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I / DD). This role offers flexible schedules (mornings evenings weekends) that you can build around your classes.

• Patient Care & Support : Assist with activities of daily living personal care and mobility.
• Healthcare Skills : Gain experience in medication administration wound care and monitoring physical and mental health needs.
• Case Management & Advocacy : Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Support Plans (ISPs) serve as a patient advocate and help individuals navigate community resources.
• Clinical Documentation : Complete all necessary documentation of care service provision and medication logs a critical skill in all healthcare fields.
• Behavioral Support : Learn to implement positive behavior supports and de-escalation strategies.
