Position Summary

The Supply Chain and Logistics Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing an agile and responsive supply chain that seamlessly supports all sales channels : direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce, wholesale, and Verve's cafes. This role is critical in ensuring consistent product availability, exceptional freshness, and efficient delivery, regardless of how the customer chooses to purchase. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of multi-channel inventory management, diverse fulfillment strategies, and a passion for delivering a premium coffee experience through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Health & Accuracy of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) & Average Cost
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols
• Safely operates handling equipment including, but not limited to, pallet jack, forklift, walkie stacker, and ladder

Essential vision capabilities for this role encompass close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Furthermore, adept finger and wrist dexterity are essential for successful performance in this position.
