Position Overview :

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Stamford, CT .

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care, progress notes, and treatment outcomes according to facility policy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention
