Our client in St Louis is an industry leader in Highway and Civil Construction and is currently looking for a Seasoned Heavy Civil Superintendent  to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead construction projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform Line and Grade Work :  Execute building layout and control tasks as required.
• Maintain Contract Documents :  Assist in maintaining contract documents and electronic web-based records for field operations.
• Prepare Specifications and Documents :  Aid in the preparation and issuance of specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.
• Design Calculations and Plans :  Establish design calculations and plans in accordance with guidelines, code requirements, and all applicable regulations.
• Review and Coordination :  Review contract drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure proper coordination and installation.
• Project As-Builts :  Assist in the preparation of project as-built requirements.
• Daily Communication :  Maintain daily communication with site contractors, technicians, and project managers to ensure project alignment.
• Proactive Problem Solving :  Identify potential issues early and create action steps to mitigate them.
