Job Purpose

• Support delivering Modular’s Performance Assurance (PA) process including coordinating Modular resources and data gathering, analysis and reporting using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization;
• Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Production Planning, Simulation and Analysis. Develop, track, and report on customer improvement plans using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization;
• Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Production Planning, Simulation and Analysis. Maintain up-to-date Modular product knowledge, including known issues and conduct regular reviews of the customer JoiFUL logs with the customer and required Modular resources using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization;

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Modular Mining Systems, Inc., a world leader in mine management technology, seeks a qualified applicant for the position Performance Assurance Lead for our Tucson area location.

Responsibilities include : Review customer product status and usage, establish improvement opportunities to help the customer utilize the system optimally and ensure quality and value delivered to customers using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization;

Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Productions Planning, Simulation, and Analysis. The position requires Master’s degree in Mining Engineering or foreign equivalent.
