Join Our Team as a Kitten Nursery Technician at Heidi's Village!

As a Kitten Nursery Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing round-the-clock care to our most vulnerable kittens in the neonatal nursery. Join us in our mission to save and improve the lives of animals in need!

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Follow established disease control protocols to clean, disinfect, and sanitize kennels, equipment, walkways, general areas, and other job-related items daily.
• Prepare and warm formula, bottle feed, stimulate, track feeding and medical information.
• Ensure kittens are kept warm and thriving.
• Clean dishes and laundry of the nursery.
• Handle animals humanely and safely using safety equipment if necessary.
• Recognize signs of illness or behavior changes and update the appropriate team.
• Cultivate positive public, volunteer, and coworker relations through professional, courteous, and educational interactions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Shifts available :

Permanent Full Time 1pm - 9pm with weekend coverage availability (1 position - immediate)

Seasonal Full Time 8am - 4pm with weekend coverage availability (2 positions - immediate through October)

Our nursery operates 24 hours a day; 7 days a week; 365 days a year.
