Senior Member Outreach Coordinator

A company is looking for a Sr Member Outreach Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively manages outbound calls to members and providers for timely evaluation and medication delivery

Assesses caller needs and provides solutions or triages to appropriate departments

Maintains member profiles and assists with complex issues as needed

Required Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required

2 years of experience in Healthcare or Customer Service

Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Understanding of medical terminology and diagnostic codes

Basic knowledge and experience in mail order or specialty pharmacy
