Director, Performance Management
The Autodesk People and Places Organization (PPL) is transforming Performance Management. We have an opportunity for a Director, Performance Management who will take full ownership in leading and designing Autodesk's Performance Management Strategy delivering a strong manager and employee experience.
Reporting into the Vice President, Performance and Total Rewards, the Director, Performance Management role owns the performance management workstream, a key driver of employee experience. This role is a thought leader in all aspects of performance management from goals to feedback / coaching to development and more. This leader is responsible for shaping and executing a multi-year strategy, which will lead the industry in reimagining performance tied to our people strategy. This role can be remote, hybrid or office-based in the United States, Canada, Ireland, Spain or UK.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to reimagine Autodesk's performance management strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, building, simplifying and implementation of strategies that support key business initiatives, and increases organizational performance, team, and individual effectiveness
- Partner with leadership, People Business Partners, Total Rewards and HR teams to deploy enterprise programs and execute change initiatives
- Drive adoption and monitor usage, leveraging organizational analytics that can provide workforce insights and recommendations
- Use our learning technology ecosystem to develop and curate content and create learning paths from multiple sources
- Build networks and identify vendors for delivery, as warranted
Minimum Qualifications :
10+ years of HR experience with a focus on performance management and delivering solutions in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated business acumen, and ability to stay abreast of industry and organizational knowledgeDemonstrated relationship management skills, and ability to quickly gain credibility and influence senior leadersStrong project management skills and analytical skillsArticulate and concise, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with ambiguity and agility in a fast-changing environmentDegree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field is preferred
