AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE-ORTHO, NEURO, CHRONIC PAIN

Patient Ratio : 1 : 1 -5 TO 8 OP PER DAY

SCRUB COLOR - BLACK OR BUSINESS CASUAL

EMR - MEDHOST AND REDOC

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : PT(Compact Accepted)

Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
