CNC MILL / LATHE PROGRAMMER

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Mill / Lathe Programmer located in Union City, NJ. The CNC Mill / Lathe Programmer will be responsible for programming CNC mill and lathe machines, overseeing the machining processes, and ensuring precision and efficiency. Additional responsibilities include setting up machines, performing routine maintenance, and upholding safety standards in the workshop.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Programming CNC mill and lathe machines
• Expertise in Machining, including setup and operation of CNC machines
• Experience in Teaching machining techniques and programming to team members
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Technical certification or associate degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Prior experience in a metal fabrication environment is a plus
