About the Company : We're a precision CNC machining company serving demanding industries where quality isn't just a department it's a mindset. We're growing fast, modernizing processes, and looking for a hands-on Quality Manager who thrives on solving problems and improving systems.

About the Role : As our Quality Manager, you'll own the quality program from the ground up. You'll lead a small team of inspectors (at least two direct reports), drive continuous improvement projects, and bring a creative approach to building and refining procedures that elevate the entire operation.

This is not a "sit at the desk and push paperwork" role you'll be on the floor, collaborating with machinists, engineers, and leadership to ensure every part leaving our facility meets or exceeds standards.

What You'll Do :

• Lead, coach, and develop a small quality team.
• Establish, refine, and implement shop-level quality procedures.
• Oversee inspection processes, corrective actions, and internal audits.
• Collaborate across departments to identify and eliminate root causes of defects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, or your own spin on it).
• Maintain compliance with ISO or customer-specific quality requirements.
• Act as the go-to problem solver and quality advocate in the shop.
