Compensation :
- Salary : $79,000 - $93,000 / year (based on experience)
- Pay-per-billed-visit : $35-$36 / billed visit (30-minute sessions) | $120 per evaluation | $35-$36 / meeting hour
- Clinical Fellows : $36.50 / hour
- Signing or relocation bonuses : Up to $10,000
- Performance incentives : Up to $9,000 annually

Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services to pediatric patientsConduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansCollaborate with families, physicians, schools, and multidisciplinary team membersProvide culturally competent, family-centered careComplete case management activities consistent with quality assurance standardsMaintain accurate and timely documentationParticipate in team meetings and care coordinationQualifications : Required :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or currently in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)Colorado DORA SLP license (or eligible to obtain)BLS / CPR certificationPassion for pediatric care and collaborative practicePreferred :
Pediatric experience (CFY candidates and new grads welcome!)Experience in multidisciplinary settingsPhysical Requirements :
Must be able to sit 1-2 hours, stand / walk 4-6 hours daily, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.Our Commitment :
