Senior Industry Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Industry Analyst who will manage product knowledge-based tickets and contribute to a comprehensive knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve product tickets from stakeholders, ensuring timely responses

Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base related to product features and industry trends

Conduct research and analysis of industry trends and market dynamics to provide actionable insights

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field

Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in industry analysis, product management, or related field

Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge base management preferred

Experience and knowledge of relevant products and services is a plus
