Salary range- $45,000-55,000
Overview of the Client Support Specialist role :
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues with professionalism and care
Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system
Collaborate with Sales, IT, and Operations teams to resolve complex requests
Educate clients on product features, updates, and best practices
Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and clients are satisfied
Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams as needed
Suggest process improvements to enhance service efficiency and client experience
Stay current on company products, updates, and policies
Preferred qualifications for the Client Support Specialist :
2+ years of experience in client support or customer service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
