Job descriptionFull-time, Monday to Friday Approximately 40 hours per week, with varied daily schedules Office on-call duties only (no current emergency / night / weekend on-call requirements) Provide clinical support to hand surgeons in an outpatient setting Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and assist in minor procedures Participate in office on-call duties (no emergency on-call required at this time) Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems Engage in continuous self-learning, particularly related to hand and wrist surgery Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field PA-C certification from an accredited program (Required) Active Physician Assistant license in Florida (Required) Minimum orthopedic experience required (clinical rotations or in practice) Prior experience in hand surgery is highly preferred At least 1 year of EMR experience preferred Benefits : Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement Plans FOR MORE DETAILS : CONTACT : OR) EMAIL :
