Job Description

Lead MEP scope from preconstruction through closeout on a large-scale data center project. Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, scheduling, and quality assurance for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Collaborate closely with field leadership, design teams, and owners to deliver a highly technical, fast-track build. Manage budgets, change orders, and reporting with a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience in a Project Manager title. Strong background in MEP systems. Previous experience on data center or mission critical projects. Willingness to travel, for the duration of the project.

What's On Offer

Base salary : Open, depending on experience. Project completion bonus : Projected at $100,000. Annual bonus : 20% of base salary. Housing stipend : $1,500-$2,500 / month. Relocation assistance provided. Travel home twice per month. Example : A $150K base salary can realistically total ~$250K with incentives.
