Are you someone who enjoys problem-solving, building rapport, and helping others find solutions? We're looking for a Collections Specialist with a strong customer service background who can support our team in recovering outstanding account balances while maintaining a professional and positive client experience.

In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring overdue accounts, reaching out to clients to arrange payment plans, and ensuring accurate records are kept. When necessary, you'll transition unresolved accounts to a collections agency. What You'll Be Doing :

• Monitor and manage past-due accounts
• Professionally contact clients with overdue balances
• Collaborate with clients to set up and maintain payment plans
• Document all client interactions and payment arrangements in our system
• Escalate accounts to third-party collections when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Work closely with the accounting and customer service teams to ensure accurate reporting
