Job Description

Job Title : Registered Nurse I

Job Specialty : Home Health

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00), Monday to Friday

Guaranteed Hours : No guaranteed hours

Experience : Minimum 1 full year of Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year of Hospice experience required

License : Must have license in hand; pending license not accepted

Certifications : CPR, BLS

Must-Have :

• Proficiency in OASIS and HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB), used within the last 6 months or completion of a retraining course if used outside of the last 6 months
• Reliable transportation with a current driver's license and agency-required liability insurance
• Experience in Home Health
• Ability to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
• Ability to complete documentation within 24 hours of the appointment
• Comfortable with variable mileage radius that may result in longer drives between patient appointments
• Open to on-call rotations and weekend work as required
• Must accept every patient on schedule regardless of distance
