Title : Prosthetist Orthotist

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000 + bonus + benefits

Location : Walnut Creek, CA

Position Overview

We are looking for a Lead Prosthetist-Orthotist to join our team. This position blends direct patient care with leadership responsibilities. The role is best suited for a skilled clinician who is passionate about patient outcomes and ready to mentor, guide, and manage a clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care (approx. 75% of the role).
• Manage and oversee prosthetic cases across multiple sites.
• Mentor and support Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists and Certified Orthotists.
• Build and maintain physician and referral source relationships.
• Collaborate with fabrication and audit teams to ensure timely and accurate outcomes.
• Participate in vendor evaluations, pricing strategies, and L-code selections.
• Lead team meetings, monitor practitioner KPIs, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
