Job Description

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with DSA regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Oversee on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with project managers to manage budgets and resource allocation effectively. Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams to achieve project goals. Ensure that all documentation, permits, and certifications are in place for each project. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders regularly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent - DSA Construction should have :

• Proven experience in managing DSA construction projects or similar project types
• Strong knowledge of construction management practices and safety regulations.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
