• Develop and make recommendations for reliable and feasible automation within budget and schedule constraints.
• Work with Quality to ensure quality objectives are met throughout continuous improvement projects.
• Design and implement automated equipment control systems.
• Create design models, drawings, schematics, user manuals, maintenance guides, acceptance testing protocols, and validation protocols.
• Identify and monitor overall project costs, timing, and deliverables.
• Program, test and deploy PLC, HMI, robots, visions systems, and coordinated servo motion using multiple programming languages including structured text.
• Analyze programming data and identify continuous system improvements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment control deterrents.
