Job Description

The Accounts Payable Clerk will manage the accounts payable process, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices while maintaining strong vendor relationships. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is required.

Responsibilities

Manage and process invoices accurately and on time.

Ensure compliance with accounts payable policies and procedures.

Maintain and update vendor information and relationships.

Utilize Deltek Vantagepoint for invoice processing and vendor maintenance.

Work with pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel to analyze financial data.

Essential Skills

3+ years of experience in reviewing and approving invoices.

3+ years of experience in vendor maintenance.

Proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint.

Ability to work with pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the AEC industry is a plus.

Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, with work hours aligning to Eastern Standard Time (EST) and Central Standard Time (CST). The role can potentially evolve into a long-term position, depending on the workload post go-live in January 2026.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Detroit, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00 / hr.
