This is  not  an entry-level position. Applicants must have a  minimum of one year experience  as an  Enhancement  (Landscape and Hardscape)  Crew Leader  and provide a resume with  contact information for a previous employer for verification .

Compensation :

• Starting pay : $28 per hour , with potential for a higher rate based on experience, certifications, and licenses.

What you'll do :

The Enhancement Crew Leader is responsible for leading a landscape construction crew and overseeing daily operations, including the safe use and transport of construction equipment. This role involves performing landscape construction tasks, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, logging crew hours, conducting vehicle inspections, and maintaining clear communication with both supervisors and clients regarding project progress and needs.
