Essential Job Duties :
The Department of Accounting at NC State University is seeking applicants for a part-time, Non-Tenure Track Faculty Lecturer position. These positions can be for one semester or one year, with the possibility of renewal. Applications will be kept on file for one year, should openings become available in subsequent semesters.
Successful candidates will teach 1 to 3 courses in the BSA, MAC, and / or MBA programs. Teaching areas include accounting information systems, auditing, business / data analytics, business law, financial accounting, intermediate accounting, managerial accounting, taxation, and not-for-profit / government accounting. Courses may be taught on the main campus in Raleigh, online, and / or potentially during summer school and study abroad programs.
Specific hiring needs for the upcoming academic year have not yet been determined.
