We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our amazing Team.
We are a Family Law firm in Cary, North Carolina. We protect smart people from making stupid decisions when getting divorced.
We are looking for a sympathetic listener who has outstanding communication skills to add to our Team.
You must be able to communicate empathy in person and over the phone, as well as have the ability to triage calls and visitors. We need someone patient, helpful, and supportive. Our growing Firm desires a multitasker who delivers a great first impression.

Our office is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Compensation:$40,000 - $50,000 yearly including a generous benefits package
Responsibilities:- You will be the first point of contact for Clients and potential Clients with the firm
- You will receive visitors in the office, whether they arrive in person or by telephone
- Our Administrative Assistant meets and greets visitors and maintains the standards and protocols prescribed by the management team
- You will be answering basic questions about the Firm, such as our physical address, directions, parking, email addresses, and fax number
- You will take, receive, and log messages, payments, mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate Team member
- You will perform administrative tasks as needed by the Team
- Administrative duties such as organizing and scanning documents, opening new case files, and preparing copies
- Maintain calendars, including scheduling appointments, and creating tasks and deadlines
- You will be one of the first points of contact for clients and potential clients with the firm
- Assist other Team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- We are looking for someone who can achieve goals consistently and efficiently
Qualifications:- Prefer candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree
- The Administrative Assistant must have the ability to operate a business phone system and basic office equipment
- Must be knowledgeable and proficient with the Windows Operating System, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Experience with law practice management software is a plus, but not required
- The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience
