Senior Manager Investment Wealth Management
Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager to support client engagements within Investment Wealth Management. This role will lead teams delivering solutions that help organizations address business priorities, operational change, and strategic initiatives across wealth and asset management environments. The Senior Manager will manage client relationships, oversee engagement delivery, and contribute to practice growth through market-facing and team development activities.
Work you'll do As a Senior Manager on the Investment Wealth Management team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading client engagements for Investment Wealth Management organizations from scoping through delivery
- Managing client stakeholders, engagement teams, and multiple workstreams across complex business initiatives
- Overseeing project plans, deliverable quality, risks, timelines, and project economics
- Developing recommendations, operating approaches, and implementation plans aligned to client objectives
- Supporting practice growth through proposals, offering development, and coaching of junior practitioners

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years relevant consulting and/or investment management experience
- 10+ years of experience in translating requirements into optimized designs, and identifying design alternatives and implications on functionality, effort, performance and operations
- 10+ years of experience leading smaller engagements or components of large, complex strategy and/or operations transformation engagements
- 10+ years of experience identifying client business issues, owning responsibility for the quality of deliverables, managing stakeholder relationships, and developing persuasive recommendations
- 10+ years of experience collaborating with financial services industry senior executives, and comfort delivering presentations to management.
- 8+ years' experience developing and presenting proposal responses

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $189,200 to $372,900. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
