Job Description

Supervising and scheduling production staff. Monitoring workflow to meet deadlines and quality standards. Conducting safety meetings and ensuring compliance with regulations. Overseeing equipment maintenance and coordinating repairs. Reporting production metrics and supporting process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required). 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Katana) and solid computer proficiency. Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements. Mechanical aptitude for equipment oversight. Experience in plastics or extrusion manufacturing (preferred but not required).
