Overview

Outside Sales Representative – Territory Location : Eastern Shore area. Empire Today is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with our customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. This is a 100% commission role with commission bonuses and incentives, uncapped commissions, and access to great benefits. Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs
• Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius; customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate; use the strength of the well-known brand to generate money through referrals and prospecting additional customers
• The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity
• Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k
• Earn while you learn! New employee consultants receive paid training to learn the business
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel
