Maintain supervisory status : LPC-S, LMFT-S or other
Responsible for creating and maintaining a collaborative, effective training atmosphere for Master’s and licensure level interns
Lead and mediate all weekly collaborative team meetings
Responsible for keeping the meetings productive but lively – engaging – creating a collaborative atmosphere of goodwill and respect
