Project Manager - Steel

Company :   Our client company fabricates and installs light structural steel and miscellaneous metal packages up to $5Million for the commercial construction industry. On the Crains Chicago list of Best places to work in 2023, their company has been built on a foundations of good relationships with their customer and employees. Friday's are a Flex day and can be taken remotely.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and strong analytical skills to ensure jobs are completed on time and under budget.

Project Manager Skills and Requirements :

• 3+ years of project management experience in the Steel fabrication industry.
• Working knowledge of miscellaneous steel fabrication processes and procedures
• Ability to read and accurately interpret sketches and blueprints, including design, construction, architectural and sub contractor drawings
• Ability to perform work accurately and completely in a timely manner
• Mastery of AISC codes
