Position Overview : Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Ophthalmology Physician to join our Medical Center on a one month Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of December 2025. Requirements

• MD / DO Degree
• Board Eligible
• Licensed in Georgia State
• No Certifications are Required
• Fellowship Status Preferred
• EPIC Preferred
