Experience on : construction sites, AV, Lighting, Shading, Control, and Networks. Ability to : climb ladders, use power tools & hand tools, lift 50 lbs. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ. Driving : Valid License, Clean record, reliable transportation Our Office : 2010 Thomas St Hollywood, FL 33020 (In person. Not remote / hybrid) Our Projects (Your Work) : Luxury homes in the surrounding area Full Time (40hrs / Wk) – We do not short your hours!!! Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm Wallace, Chief Technology Officer Mindfulness Luxury Passion Professionalism Servicing residential A / V, Home Theater, Network, Control, Lighting & Shading Systems Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents Understanding of wiring and signal flow Troubleshooting Systems (Savant, Control4 (C4), Crestron, Josh.Ai, Lutron QSX) Advanced understanding of networking Advanced troubleshooting of devices Train clients on use of systems Recommend upgrades when necessary Provide excellent customer service Speak English (fluently) & Spanish (preferred) $35 / hr to $45 / hr – Yup! Simple IRA w / 3% Match Medical / Dental / Vision : 60% coverage for the individual Gap insurance for medical deductible PTO - 2 after 90 days, 5 after 1 yr, 10 after 2yrs, 15 after 10 yrs Crafting exceptional job posts Posting these job descriptions to sites to drive applications Review all inbound resumes Inviting the most promising candidates to initial interviews (aka "Pre-Interviews") Assuring the appropriate alignment of skills / cultural fit / compensation Posting all interview notes, scorecards, and our assessment for review Short-listing the best candidates for 2nd Round interviews directly with the hiring company
