Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Business Transformation to join our dynamic M&A Integration Team. This position reports to the Global Head of Business Transformation and is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional, or enterprise-level initiatives such as ERP implementations, M&A integration, infrastructure upgrades, or strategic business transformations. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting business objectives. The Senior PM manages the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation, while serving as a key liaison between business, technology, and executive stakeholders.

What You Will Do :

As a Senior Project Manager, Business Transformation at Woolpert, you will :

Project Planning & Execution :

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Manage day-to-day execution of project activities, including task assignments, progress tracking, and status updates.

Pay Range $120,000 - $140,000 USD
