Senior Project Manager / Office Lead - Structural Engineering

Bachelor's or Master's in Civil / Structural Engineering (MS preferred).

PE license required (Florida PE preferred).

10+ years of structural design and project management experience.

Expertise in steel, concrete, and wood design for both new construction and renovations.

Proficiency with structural analysis software (RAM, CSI, etc.); Revit experience a plus.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing client relationships in Florida.
