HIPAA Privacy Program Manager

A company is looking for a Privacy Program Manager to oversee privacy initiatives for a federal contract.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and administer the project's privacy program and implement policies to meet legal requirements

Lead audits, risk assessments, and deliver privacy training in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Act as the primary privacy contact for incidents and oversee medical records requests and privacy complaints

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

10+ years of relevant professional experience

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a healthcare setting focused on HIPAA privacy and Health Information Management

Experience in developing and reviewing healthcare compliance policies and procedures

Knowledge of federal and state HIM regulations
