- Empowering collaboration through co-treatment opportunities with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to enhance patient outcomes.
- Engaging in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders to support communication skill development.
- Ensuring compliance and efficiency by maintaining accurate records, billing appropriately, and documenting sessions effectively.
- Promoting safety and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a supportive clinic environment.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences :
Master’s degree in speech-language pathology or related field requiredMust be able to obtain proof of current or pending Minnesota State Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (ASL / SLP). (Certification is obtained through a state-approved program and is valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of accreditation. We also accept CFYs.)2+ years' experience working with children with speech disorders is preferredMust possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsMust be able to work independently and as part of a teamMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitudeMust possess outstanding time management skills and the ability to multi-task
