Qualifications Prior experience in business litigation for a minimum of 5 years is required Required California Bar License Ability to work independently with minimum supervision California license must be in good standing Responsibilities Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects Employment Type : Full Time Years Experience : 5 - 10 years Salary : $160,000 - $175,000 Annual Bonus / Commission : No
