Cimarron Software Services is seeking mid-level to senior-level Systems Engineers to support the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) phase of the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) / provides engineering and technical support to Bechtel for the design construction and integration of the Sentinel launch systems atlocations to includeVandenberg AFB CA F.E. Warren AFB WY Malmstrom AFB MT and Minot AFB is a vital US Air Force program that will recapitalize the nations aging ground based leg of the nuclear triad the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM).We invite you to join our team for this phenomenal opportunity in designing the future ground leg of the U.S.s nuclear deterrent!

The selected candidates for these positions will execute systems engineering and configuration management activities including management organization and verification of complex design requirements within a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment for Department of Defense (DOD) projects and United States Air Force (USAF) projects. The Systems Engineers playa critical role in the delivery of the Requirements Management and MBSEprogram work products and designs as well as for coordination of the scope and integration of work with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidates must have strong organizational and teamwork skills proven problem-solving abilities a can-do attitude and the desire to innovate designs.

This is an on-site position that offers a 9X80 work schedule (i.e. every other Friday off) paid overtime and a great work / life balance. For candidates not local to the Ogden area a relocation allowance can be provided.

Key Duties :

• Execute systems engineering work assignments concerned with specialized unique engineering requirements in a global business unit.
• Explore various subject areas and disciplinesand developnovel concepts approaches and solutions.
• Interface and coordinate with other engineering disciplines and the client in the management and verification of the facility requirements.
• Develop key systems engineering documents.
• Evaluate select and applystandard engineering methods techniques procedures and criteria using independent judgment with limited oversight.
• Supportdefining facility / system design requirements.
• Developkey engineering documents related to systems engineering design change management design interface control and equipment configuration packages.
• Executerequirements verification and acceptance criteria evaluations.
• Engagewith the customer to ensure alignment of delivery and design.
• Enhancecommunication opportunities.
• Develop design configuration packages for configuration control and change management.
• Executesystem-level design verification requirements verification test requirements specifications and requirements flow down and traceability.
• Executeimpact analyses for proposed requirement changes.
• Supportmaintaining the MBSE and Configuration Management within the program.
• Supportthe implementation and testing and verification plans for the program that is supportive of the overall execution strategy.
• Utilizethe customer-selected systems engineering software package with which to implement delivery.
• Capture scrutinize and deconflict requirements across stakeholders and subsequently assure delivery of hierarchical requirements management documents.
• Coordinate closely with other technical disciplines in planning and executing work as an integrated team.
